Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Перед тем как заказать, читала отзывы. По отзывам и фото казалась меньше. В целом классная сумка. Прошита нормально, карманы, молния - все отлично. Выглядит качественно. Один шов с браком, но это мелочи. Цвет как на фото продавца. На моем фото получилась ярче.

Красивая! Пришла за месяц. Много кармашков: основной отдел и маленький на замочке в нем, отдел с клеенкой внутри для мокрых вещей(на нем потайной замок,открывается слева направо, а в основном отделе справо налево как положено), на обратной стороне сумке карман на замке, один с одного боку на замке и с другого для обуви(подкладка выходит внутри основного отдела, т.е. если засунете кроссовки одну треть основного отдела займете). Ручки две носить как сумку, длинный съемный ремень с карабинами на плечо и маленькая ручка которая находится сбоку сумки на кармане для переноски сумки вертикально и прорезь под карманом чтобы надевать на чемодан. В общем функционал порадовал. По качеству: материал понравился, подклад тоже. Карабины пластмассовые с металлическими застежками, замки средние. Возможно будет мараться, еще не носила не знаю. Вместительная, спортивка, полотенце, вода, обувь и по мелочи влезут.

Сумка отличная, но продавец перемудрил с доставкой СДЭКом. Заказывали в СПБ, а продавец каким-то волшебным образом умудрился указать "Горелово, Санкт-Петербург". В итоге 2 недели бодались со СДЭКом и продавцом, но в итоге всё-таки съездили и забрали сумку в Горелово :)
